New stock arriving daily
The delivery lorries are arriving every day, with loads of new season stock. This week we have received adidas shoes, PING drivers, fairways, hybrids, putter, golf bags and accessories. UnderArmour clothing and FootJoy clothing, with Titleist golf balls. We are working through these deliveries as quickly as possible and should have everything out on display over the next few days.
We've still got lots more to arrive, so the team will be pretty busy over the next 2 weeks.
Pre Season Classes
Our Pre season night class starts next Wednesday, 11 March from 6.30pm - 7.30pm and the class will run for a 6 week period. The classes offer great value for money at just £65 per person and this includes all your range balls and the use of any golf clubs if required.
We keep our classes to a maximum of 8 golfers to 1 Coach and this means that you will get plenty of coach time in order to work on your game. Places are limited, so if you'd like to book yourself in, then please just give us a call on 01738 440678.

Perth & Kinross County Girls at North Inch
Last Sunday we had the first of our County girls coaching sessions at Noah's Ark. It was a fully packed, but chilly 2 hour session which started with some wedge practice, where we looked at controlling distance and trajectory. The girls learned how to vary the height of their pitches and how ball position can have a major impact on how the ball flights.
We then moved onto the full swing and analysed the girl's swings on our state of the art V1 digital video analysis system. The girls really enjoyed seeing their swings compared to some of the world's best like Paula Creamer. This also gave them a chance to warm up with one of Noah's Ark's legendary Hot Chocolates!
Finally we went for a putting challenge on the Noah's Ark Mini Golf Course. Where the girls had a narrow one hole victory over me! Although mini golf is far removed from real golf putting, it still is a great help in learning how to control pace and read putts.
We're looking forward to our next session on Sunday, 15 March.
Despite the snow, our PING fitting event went really well on Tuesday this week. We were a bit worried early in the day as to whether the event would go ahead, but milder weather through the day melted most of the snow and everyone managed to make it for their appointments.
Callaway (Only 2 places left)
We're hosting one of the first launch days for the eagerly anticipated Callaway XR range. When we tried the XR clubs back in December, we were all really impressed, these things are both easy to hit and are seriously long. Our Callaway fitting event will be between 3-7pm on Tuesday, 10 March. You can book your free 30 minute fitting appointment by calling the golf centre on 01738 440678. Places are limited, so don't hesitate to give us a call.
Titleist
I've also just secured a Titleist 'Trial' day on Tuesday, 14 April. This event won't require any booking; you can simply roll up and give the clubs a try. The new range of Titleist clubs are their most forgiving ever and the guys at Titleist are really keen to get the clubs into that hands of players who may not have normally tried them.

If you'd like to try the latest clubs from Callaway, TaylorMade, PING or Titleist we've got hundreds of demo's for you to try. With our on site driving range and brand new range balls, why would you go anywhere else!
Volunteer Day a great success
I'd like to say a massive thank you to all the volunteers who came along to last Friday's volunteer day.
We got a huge amount of work done clearing leaves and debris from the 5th, 11th, 12th and 13th holes and the golf course is looking much better for it.
We had a great turnout with 17 volunteers coming along on the day and are planning to hold regular volunteer days throughout the season.
New website is now Live!
Our new website www.northinchgolf.co.uk has now gone live. Packed with information about the golf course and our affiliated clubs, the website will be a hub for information about all things North Inch Golf.
You will also be able to access our new online booking system via the website and book your tee times. Current season ticket holders will receive information about booking tee times along with their renewal letter. New season ticket holders will be given information within their welcome pack.
Starters Box Refurbishment
We are just waiting on the new notice boards and scorecard boxes to arrive and then the starter's box refresh will be complete. If you've not been down for a while, you'll be in for a pleasant surprise the next time you come to play the course.
Season Tickets on Sale!
Season tickets will go on sale Monday in preparation for the new season which kicks off on 1st April. 2015 is going to be a big year at North Inch Golf Course and we'd love you to come and join us. We offer the best value golf in Perthshire and are proud of the fact that our course is open to everyone.

This year we are going to be offering a monthly payment plan through a scheme called Fairway Credit, which will allow you to pay your fees over 10 months. The payment scheme should be all in place within the next week. This scheme will be available for Adult, senior, concession and young adult categories.
