We hope you’re well.

Whether you believe summer starts on the 1st of June or after the summer solstice, it’s great to be playing golf in the sunshine once again.

We have had a really busy first week on the driving range and it has been great to see you all back working on your game again. 

This week, we have started back custom fitting golf clubs for our customers, albeit we only have one appointment per day.  We have also reopened our Mini Golf Putting Course and have launched our NEW Online Store. Andrew and Kevin are also now coaching again, but like custom fitting, they can only offer one coaching session per day. If you are looking for some help with your game, then give us a call on 01738 440678.

One area of your game that may still be a little rusty after months away from the course is your short game. So, to give you some much-needed inspiration, scroll down to our Video of the Week and watch one of the world’s best in action.

Mini Golf is OPEN

We re-opened our Mini Golf Putting Course this week and it has been a real hit with families enjoying the challenge. Booking is required for Mini Golf, so that we can manage when groups start. You can book your game by clicking here.

If you are on the lookout for some new clubs, then we restarted out custom club fitting service. At present, we are only able to undertake one fitting session per day, but at least it's a start! To book your custom fit session, give us a call on 01738 440678 or email info@noahsarkgolf.com.

With our golf store unable to operate as normal, we have been working hard to build our new Online Store. We are adding more products every day and we have been really happy with the uptake in the first few days. Although we can deliver products, our 'Click and Collect' option has been proving really popular. Golfers have been ordering lots of consumables like balls and gloves and have picked up on their way to the course. Our clearance section has also been proving very popular... Thoughts for the course

Bad habits are a rite of passage for every golfer. Unfortunately, we don’t always grow out of them… Especially when it comes to driving. Believe it or not, smashing the ball as far as possible is as much about technique as it is, well, smashing it.

Hitting down on ball with driver

One of the most common homemade solutions for poor driving is to swing downwards onto the ball at impact. This does more harm than good. Yes, you want to hit downwards with your irons, but this is NOT the case for drivers.

Hitting up on ball with driver

Other than having a driver tailored to your swing, the easiest way to improve your driving is to strike the ball on an upwards arc. It's a mixture of a good body position, correct ball position as well as your angle of attack - three things we can help you with!
