A revolutionary way to learn golf properly, from the very beginning
The innovative golphin for kids iron head geometry provides many advantages when compared with other kids clubs available in the market today. Extensive market research provides overwhelming evidence, that one of the main reasons very few kids under the age of 11 play golf, is that the clubs are too heavy and therefore difficult for them to control.
This makes the initial experience a chore, an experience far too difficult for young kids to gain any real feeling of progress, confidence and enjoyment. Watch a video about Golphin by clicking here.

Hitting the long iron
In most sports where you have to hit a ball with an implement, the way to flight the ball into the air is by hitting up on it. In these other sports you generally have just one weapon at your disposal and the ball is coming to you from height.
Golf is unique in that you have 14 clubs at your disposal, each of which is designed slightly differently, with varying lengths and lofts. Now this is the important part…, of the 14 clubs, only 2 should ever be hit with an upwards angle of attack and these are the driver and the putter. Every other club in your bag (including the long iron) should be struck with a downward angle of attack and you should let the clubface loft flight the ball.
Now, a downward strike does not mean that you have to chop down on the ball, but instead we are simply looking for the low point of your swing arc to come after the ball, thus creating the desired downward blow.
This attack angle and crisp ball strike is easiest achieved by making a central pivot on the backswing. In my experience, when a player sways off the ball on the backswing, especially with a long iron, he very seldom manages to get consistently back to the ball at impact. As a result, he will tend to bottom his swing out early, either scuffing the turf before the ball or catching it half way up.
