There's still a few days however and we've put together a simple 'How To' video walking you through the process of buying a voucher online.
We offer both gift vouchers for the golf shop and also lesson vouchers for this that would like to improve their game.

Get down on your knees!
This week's challenge was a great laugh to record. There were some interesting results as we attempted to hit the ball off our knees! The competition this week is to guess who was the longest and how far did they hit?
Once again, you could win yourself a £20 gift voucher. To enter simply head on over to our facebook page by clicking here or on the image. Just watch the video and comment with your answer.
Please then share the post with your friends.
One Handed Challenge
This proved to be another popular competition with lots of you taking part. It was Andrew who ended up hitting the longest one handed drive at 212.6 yards. Niall was second with 212yds, followed by Jonny with 199yds and Ross at the tail end with 160yds.
The winner of the competition was Paul Cunningham, who guessed correctly that Andrew would win and was closest to his actual distance with his guess of 224 yards.
Paul has won himself a £20 gift voucher, which will make a nice wee extra Christmas present.

My New Blog - www.niallmcgill.com
I have started a new blog this week, which will focus on the 'business of golf'. My aim is to provide information that can help golf clubs to improve their businesses. In my 25 years of working in the golf industry, I have learned a lot, made lots of mistakes and am a better, more knowledgeable person for this.
I posted my first blog post on Monday, so please click here to read. I plan to write one or two posts per week along with some video content. If you are on the committee of your golf club, then please subscribe to the blog as there will be some really useful information coming your way!
Play Better Golf - One Armed Bandit
A wide arc to your golf swing will help increase both power and accuracy. Unfortunately the average golfers swing is far from wide. But not for long! Today I will show you an exercise that will have you hitting the ball more powerfully with minimal effort.
Firstly put your left arm behind your back and hold the club with your right hand only. Now with a ball placed on a short tee, you should make a full shoulder turn to the top of your backswing. By holding the club solely in your right hand this will allow you to extend the arc of your swing beyond your normal position and let you "feel" where it should be.
You should now swing down and through "collecting" the ball on your way. The word "collecting" is very important as it distances your thoughts and actions from "hitting" at the ball, which in turn should help create a fluid follow through. At first you will find it difficult to make a clean connection with the ball but with a little practice you should be pleasantly surprised!
Volunteer Days
There has been some great work put in by our volunteer groups this week at the golf course.
We have been out clearing up the debris that has been left by the flood water and now have 9 holes fully open, which us a great effort all round.
We just now need to wait for the river levels to drop far enough to allow the water to escape from the back end of the golf course.
